About Ordering - International

Dear International Customers,

We hope the information here will help you to receive your order quickly and seamlessly. We use UPS Worldwide for our international shipments. From our experience UPS has been the fastest and most economical way to safely ship orders to our customers.

You can expect to receive your shipment in 2-5 business days or less depending on the shipping option you select. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover for payment online. Upon delivery, customers outside the USA may be required to pay import taxes and/or duties imposed by their country on foreign shipments. These fees are not reflected in the Wimberley UPS shipping price.

Important Warning:

In order for your package to be delivered, someone must be available to receive your order and to pay any import fees. Please keep this in mind when providing us with a shipping address. See more information on duties and taxes.

Ordering Online

Our online ordering process is secure and easy to use. Simply browse our site and click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you wish to buy. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" link in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Upon viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or delete items, change the quantity, and proceed to checkout when you are through selecting the items for order.

Your shipping address is very important. It must be entered in an easy to read format for precise delivery. After your order is placed you will receive confirmation of your order via email. See "Duties and Taxes" to read important information about your shipping address and receiving your shipment.

During the checkout process, you may choose either "UPS Worldwide Express Saver" (generally 1-3 business days to delivery) or the less expensive “UPS Worldwide Expedited” (2-5 business days to delivery) as a shipping method. See “Shipping Methods and Transit Times”. Some services are not available to all locations. Days to delivery do not include day shipped, weekend days or holidays. See www.ups.com for more information on international shipment services. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. You should also receive a second email when your order is scheduled for shipment from QuantumViewNotify@UPS.com containing UPS package tracking information.

Important Note: For new customers, online orders are only shipped to the billing address. If you request a different shipping address, please contact us by telephone. Otherwise, your order will be placed on hold until we can speak with you by phone.
