Full Service Dealer Criteria

Due to customer feedback, Wimberley, Inc. would highly recommend that each of it’s Authorized Dealers stock as much product as possible and have floor displays of the most popular Wimberley products. Over the past several years, customers have consistently requested several things of our Dealers:
1. a physical store-front with normal business hours where they can go to purchase Wimberley products.

2. the ability to see a Wimberley product display, or to have the products demonstrated, before making the decision to purchase.

3. that the Dealer have inventory of Wimberley products immediately available should a customer place an order right then in the store.

4. that the Dealer assist the customer in obtaining warranty repairs for Wimberley products.

We understand that it is not always possible for smaller stores to purchase and keep large amounts of product on-hand, therefore we offer our Dealers the flexibility (after the initial Dealer order) of ordering products as customers place orders, on an as-needed basis. Our products can even be drop-shipped by us directly to the customer (USA only) for an additional $5 fee.

However, we believe it is of great benefit to the customer (and to the Dealer) for an Authorized Wimberley Dealer to be Full-Service, i.e. to have product on-hand and on display.

To facilitate this, we offer a Dealer discount on Demo products (not for resale) of 50% off the retail price with the following limits:
Each Dealer is allowed to purchase one “Demo” of each piece in the current Wimberley product line (with the exception of lens plates and fasteners, which could be more than one depending on the display) per store. If Demo items are re-sold to a customer for any reason, they must be replaced at the wholesale cost.

Should extra demo items be desired for an additional store, or off-site trade-show exhibit or display, items can be requested for rental or purchase for this type of purpose as long as the equipment is not to be resold.

It is our expectation that all our Authorized Dealers assist customers with product inquiries, and we make our product catalogs available to our Dealers at no cost. Our website also contains more detailed information about our products and is an excellent reference for customers and Dealers alike.

In an effort to assist Dealers achieve Full-Service status, we have put together a list of our most popular products and suggested store demo displays. Dealers who meet the criteria for Full-Service should inform Wimberley upon the approval of their Dealership status or renewal of their Dealer Agreement so that the Dealer can be identified as Full-Service on the Wimberley website.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our equipment. We will be happy to assist you!
