About Ordering - International

Dear International Customers,

We ship many packages internationally so we are quite familiar with the process. We hope the information here will help you to receive your order quickly and seamlessly. Please use the tabs below to read about ordering, shipping, duties and taxes, and our 3-year warranty. We use UPS Worldwide for our international shipments. From our experience UPS has been the fastest and most economical way to safely ship orders to our customers. You can expect to receive your shipment in 2-5 business days or less depending on the shipping option you prefer. We except Visa or Mastercard for payment online or by phone, standard mail or fax. Upon delivery, customers outside the USA may be required to pay import taxes and/or duties imposed by their country on foreign shipments. These are fees not reflected in the Wimberley UPS shipping price.

Important Warning:

In order for your package to be delivered, someone must be available to receive your order and to pay any import fees. Please keep this in mind when providing us with a shipping address (this can be a residence or a work address). See more information on duties and taxes.

Ordering Online

Our online ordering process is secure and easy to use. Simply browse our site and click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you wish to buy. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" link in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Upon viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or delete items, change the quantity, and proceed to checkout if you wish.

Your shipping address is very important. See "Duties and Taxes" to read important information about your shipping address and receiving your shipment.

During the checkout process, you may choose either "UPS Worldwide Express Saver" (generally 1-3 business days to delivery) or the less expensive “UPS Worldwide Expedited” (2-5 business days to delivery) as a shipping method. See “Shipping Methods and Transit Times”. Some services are not available to all locations. Days to delivery do not include day shipped, weekend days or holidays. See www.ups.com for more information on international shipment services. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. You should also receive a second email when your order is scheduled for shipment from QuantumViewNotify@UPS.com containing UPS package tracking information.

Due to our small staff size, we may not be available to take your call immediately, but we will be happy to call you back if you leave us a message.

Ordering By Mail or Fax

Please print and fill-out our Order Form and send it to us. (Our fax number and mailing address are included on the form.)

For international orders, we accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
